Come hydrated and continue after appointments. You may be asked to lay on both your belly and back. I will always do what I can to accommodate your body’s needs for support on the table. Sessions are fully clothed and deeply restful. Bare skin receives the vibrations best if not the thinnest of fabrics. We begin and end sessions working on Kidney points on your ankles and bottom of feet. Most other work is typically on your extremities. The spine, shoulder blades, neck, belly and chest may also offer points of healing depending on your presenting needs. Many clients report reduced anxiety, improved sleep, relief from inflammation or tension, and a sense of coming back into coherence. Some even drift into sleep for periods of time during treatment. The experience is subtle yet often profound. It is very helpful to be making notes about your shifts as this will inform and instruct our next path.
